The menu draws on Spanish-Caribbean and Mediterranean traditions — Paella Barbetta is a signature dish, alongside a ribeye with four dipping sauces, slow-cooked pork shoulder barbacoa, and local seafood including Red Snapper Carpaccio and Yellowfish Tuna. Chef specials rotate daily and include vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options. Seating covers the patio, main floor, and a private upstairs room. In-room dining and private beach dinner are available by reservation for guests who prefer not to leave the suite.
