The Somerset Sunset Rum Punch Recipe
Ingredients
- 2oz. 70 proof Bambarra Coconut Rum (“The Spirit of Turks & Caicos”)
- 1 oz. 80 proof Bamabarra Black Rum
- 1oz. Cranberry Juice
- 1 oz. Orange Juice
- 3 oz. Pineapple Juice
- Splash of Grenadine
Directions
Fill a highball or double old fashioned glass with ice. Pour in the coconut rum, juices and a splash of grenadine, and mix well. Top off with a “floater” of dark rum. Garnish with a maraschino cherry, pineapple slice and orange wedge. Cheers!
