Fifth Annual “Sea”ster Hunt

Kids doing paintings at The Somerset on Grace Bay

While everyone has their own unique Easter traditions, nothing beats an Easter Egg Hunt. This year at The Somerset, we’re continuing to put a tropical twist on a classic event for the fifth annual “Sea”ster Hunt.

The week leading up to the big event, youngsters can put their creativity and artistic skills to work, as they decorate egg-shaped rocks with the Caicos Kids Club.

On Good Friday, guests will gather on the beach as the colorful pebbles are tossed into the turquoise waters of Grace Bay. Then, the eager participants (and parents) begin the search to see who can retrieve the most “eggs”.

The winning family with the most rocks will have their names engraved on The Somerset’s “Conch Shell Award,” and the permanent trophy remains on display in our resort’s reception area. The Ellison family has won the title for three years in a row, but this year, it’s anyone’s game!
