Battle of the Bands on Provo
On Saturday, June 23, 2013, a “Battle of The Bands” contest was held outdoors at Providenciales’ Turtle Cove Marina, benefiting the Provo Children’s Home.
Several of the Island’s top performers vied for the public’s approval, as well as for cash prizes. Under a stupendous mid-summer moon, the large crowd boogied the night away as Island sounds reverberated throughout the harbor.
The event also featured food and beverage tents, one of which The Somerset’s General Manager, Urmas Karner, manned with some other volunteer bartenders.
