We have a walkway from our own private enclave to the Regent Palms Hotel Spa - Caribbean, which is right next door.

Destination Caribbean Spa

This destination Turks and Caicos -Caribbean spa is set apart in its own tranquil water filled world.
The spa is not actually a part of the Regent Palms Hotel; it is set apart. In this way, our guests will not feel anything other than distinctly welcomed. Indeed, they shall have arrived at the distinct, tranquil Palms Spa.

We have a close relationship with the Palms Spa and our guests will be welcomed into its intriguing treatments, fine staff , treatment pavilions and open air sanctuary focused around a long reflecting pool. Water and coral are its building blocks.

The Palms Spa is spread over 25,000 Sq. Ft. Allowing the treatment rooms to be isolated, each in its own coral block pavilion looking out onto the reflecting pool. The eye and soul are moved by canals winding by waterfalls, natural coral, and Date Palms reaching upwards.

Set with a garden area is an "oasis" experience of white tented cabanas. Two environments in one spa.

The design is by Angel Stewart. Angel has also designed Las Ventanas al Paraiso, the Golden Door and Ritz-Carlton - Rancho Mirage spas.

Turks and Caicos Caribbean Yoga Studio

The Caribbean Yoga Studio stretches out its hardwood floor as the heart of the enclave. There are daily early morning classes at either 7:45 or 8 AM. Our beachfront hotel also has plenty of white powdery sand perfect for Turks and Caicos Yoga.

Pilates - Caribbean

Private classes for Pilates on the Caribbean's Turks and Caicos are available upon request.

Meditation -Caribbean

Focused areas for Caribbean meditation are to be found throughout the spa - before waterfalls, next to Date Palms, beside canals, before the reflecting pool. The staff will help our guests discover their own.

Also within our own resort there are many focused area for meditation - our own reflecting pool, the sand hillock with wild grasses that overlooks the bay.

Natural Spa Treatments - Caribbean

The Regent Palms Spa Team use natural Caribbean therapies using elements from the islands. This is the first US or Caribbean destination spa to use beauty lines compounded by the Somme Institute and Sonya Dakar.

Zareeba Hot Steam with Herbs - a tented, herbal steam treatment created only for The Regent Spa. Ritual cleansing followed by a cooling wrap and a toxin release body massage to complete the purification. With this treatment, the herbs are heated to boiling, placed in a small tent within the treatment room and the guest is closed into the small tent to breath the aromas - through the skin and lungs, thereby inhaling them throughout the body.
